Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products worldwide.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS

Coutche offers ready-to-wear garments produced in limited quantities.

Some items are available in immediate stock, while others are made-to-order or available through preorder. Made-to-order pieces generally require approximately 7 business days for production before shipment.

All garments are manufactured in Spain using fabrics sourced in Paris.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of certain products, slight variations in color, texture, finishing, or measurements may occur. These variations are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 — PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices are listed in Euros unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be refused or canceled if fraudulent, inaccurate, or suspicious activity is detected.

SECTION 4 — SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using UPS, DHL, and Correos.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Coutche is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
